Generally speaking, a good website gets the message across quickly and simply and provides the person looking at the site with what they need. That's it! So how does a leading brand such as Xerox have a site that hurts our ears and confuses us like this? Real Business

As we have a vested interest in good web experiences, we thought we'd try to highlight the issue and add something positive with our Worst Website competition. *The prize is for a company in the North East of England to have a new website from us to the value of £5,000.
